At OLYMPIANPRINT, all our products are made to order through partners and shipped directly from the production facilities to the end customer, both in Greece and abroad.

Below you will find detailed information about the available shipping options and related charges.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the destination country,
  • the number and weight of products.

Free shipping may occasionally be offered during promotional periods or for orders over a certain amount. Please check our homepage for any active promotions.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to additional charges (such as customs duties, import taxes, and VAT), which are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs displayed at checkout, unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers in the United Kingdom and Canada may be required to pay customs clearance fees upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details regarding potential charges.

Additional notes:

  • Shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order:

  • arrives damaged,
  • is excessively delayed without updates,
  • does not arrive within 30 days,

 so we can investigate and provide a solution (reshipment, refund, or store credit).
